I am currently in-network with United Healthcare, Cigna, and Providence. I am also able to provide a superbill for those who are interested in using their out-of-network benefits. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have about this.

I have a limited number of sliding scale spaces available to those with financial hardship & economic need for discounted services. Please contact me for eligibility and additional information.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and if you cancel an appointment 24 hours or more in advance, there will be no charge.

If you do not attend a scheduled appointment or fail to cancel/reschedule prior to the 24-hour time frame, you will be charged $65.
